Identity Declaration
Last Wednesday I walked into my office and this had been left there for me. It was such perfect timing after a morning of dealing with a difficult family issue. As I read these words it reminded me of who I am and that my strength comes from only Him, I’m forgiven and unbound. I’m a woman of God! And yes I believe!

Daily I spend cherished time with God and it includes reading the living Word. Our church met last night to pray and worship! We prayed specifically for people to be saved by God’s grace through Jesus Christ. My place in the Bible this morning is confirmation to me that God hears us! “I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people…” 1Timothy 2 “There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity- the man Jesus Christ. As we go through life the presence of hard days, big storms, and bad times may leave us thinking where did He go? Rest assured my friends..He is ALWAYS with us! I know because Jesus told us that himself! Matthew 28:20, “and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Don’t Go to Bed Angry
Earlier this week I was telling friends how my Mom always told my sister and I to never go to bed angry with each other. We dreaded having to hug and make-up. And then yesterday, I read the exact words in Ephesians. The exact words. “Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry.” This morning our community woke to heart breaking news. So many tears today and so many prayers. Tonight, please don’t go to bed angry. Tell those you love just how deep that love truly is. -Heather

Faith is…
When Jesus appeared to Thomas there was doubt. “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.” (John 20:29) Faith is trusting in something you cannot prove and often can not see. Faith is believing that God is who he says he is… Faith is believing in God’s promise even though we can’t often see it happening… Faith is like the wind, you can feel it but can’t see it. Think about faith today! Happy Friday!!
