Week of Thankfulness

Heather and I wanted to post things we are thankful for this week as we head towards Thanksgiving day. Please share what you are thankful for in the comments below.

The greatest thing I am thankful for is my relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ. As we live each day on this earth things do not always go as we have planned. (Can anyone else relate? ) But… in the uncertainty of the world – what I do have for certain is Jesus and the ability to pray.  Due to the relationship I have with Jesus, I get to the Father. God the Father will hear and answer my prayers. Thank you!

So keep praying daily – in the morning, afternoon, and evening! Some days I even set my phone to pray every hour. It truly is my lifeline to God.

We are blessed with a direct relationship to THE Lord Almighty!  Go to Him in prayer for everything and everyone. Even Jesus prayed to Him!

Jesus responded, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe?” So they rolled the stone aside. Then Jesus looked up to heaven and said, “Father, thank you for hearing me. You always hear me, but I said it out loud for the sake of all these people standing here, so that they will believe you sent me.” John 11:40-42

Our prayer of thankfulness today…

“Thank you God for your Son Jesus!  Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. We are beyond thankful and we do believe.  In your sweet name we pray. Amen ”
