Once we discover our purpose – our“why” – and then begin down a path of leadership, we have to communicate our vision!
Vision casting is sharing what we see for the future of our organization or teams – this is done in a clear and inspiring way. If it is not shared clearly, it can become uncertain and as Andy Stanley says, “become a fog in your organization.”
