Clear Communication
Casting Vision…Are you likable as a leader to your teams?!
Jesus communicates vision in the Bible like no other! Jesus is the ultimate leader, influencer and communicator. In the book of Acts, right before He ascends into heaven He speaks his final words to the disciples. Jesus communicates a vision to them about reaching the whole world and witnessing of Him.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes to you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8
Leaders communicate vision to instruct and empower their teams. Jesus instructed the disciples to stay in Jerusalem until they received the power of the Holy Spirit. Then…they were to go out “empowered” expanding little by little & telling of the Good News until all the earth has been reached.
Jesus communicated clearly what God’s plan was and the disciples part in it! They did listen and obeyed because they trusted Jesus and loved him so much!

SO IMPORTANT
We need to build rapport, trust, and likability with our teams. If your team does not like you, they will NOT bring your vision to life.
If they do like you, then your team will buy in and your vision will inspire change and create growth!!
