How strong are you? Are you good at weathering storms and fighting life’s battles?
Over and over again we learn in Judges that the Israelites would suffer and then after years and years of agony they would cry out to the Lord for rescue. And God would answer. How different their lives would have been if they stayed in constant contact with God.
When struggles and battles come our way (and they will come!), God wants us to run to Him first. Don’t waste time struggling through situations all alone.
This is not just a cliche statement or something to be taken lightly because it sounds good. There is true power in staying in daily contact with God. Storms will surely come – seek God first.
