Servant Leadership

As responsibilities increase, rights as a leader should decrease. This is part of servant leadership and how Jesus leads us.

This week Rooted will focus on servant leadership – what it means to lead your teams putting them first and you last. Servant leadership is not what the secular world thrives on, but we are called to be different as Christian leaders!

Your challenge today – go forth and add value to your teams and put them first!

“Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave – just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:26-28
