• Resilience!

This week Rooted is diving into what the Bible says on being resilient – a key component of your walk in faith with Christ and in your role as a leader. We wake up each day knowing that the sunrise is a gift, a new day to keep walking – to be better than you were the day before and to TRUST that God has you on the path he intended you to be on. #leadershipnovember #resilience #itsallinthebible

  • Successful Leaders…

Successful leaders depend on God not their own wit and wisdom. First, seek the Lord daily early in the morning then go to work and influence people positively. God will raise you up as a leader and the desired results will come, but we must trust and be confident in Him. Stay Rooted! #leadershipnovember #confidence #trust #influence #leader #godfirst

  • TRUST

Regardless of the situation you face; TRUST in him through ALL things. Be blessed! Be confident in the Lord! #workingwomen #rootedinfaith #stayrooted #leadershipnovember

  • ARE YOU LEADING WITH CONFIDENCE?

Several weeks ago I participated in an executive women’s panel regarding the topic of confidence. It really got me thinking! As a young adult woman attending college in a male dominated field my ambition was fueled by the desire to prove myself and prove to others that I could be successful. But 28 years later, when I am asked what fuels my confidence there is only one answer: God. I am nothing without Him. • Confidence

This month Rooted is focusing on leadership. Last week was all about making a personal growth plan – we must grow ourselves to grow others. Our topic this week is Confidence. There is a difference between confidence and pride in leadership. God hates a prideful attitude and when we put ourselves before Him…thinking we know everything. Stay with us daily as we share what the Bible says about being a confident leader. Happy Monday!

  • Sacrifice Always Precedes Success

Do you put each team member above your own success at work? To grow into a leader who influences others & people want to follow – we have to SERVE our teams! We will personally grow as a leader when we sacrifice for a team member and intentionally serve from the heart. As Christian leaders within the workplace…we must serve God first, our teams second and we are last…then watch your leadership influence flourish beyond imagined! Your team will follow you!

  • Learn, Develop, Do, Love

Both James and Peter write about taking action to grow in our faith and Christian character. In order to lead others well, we must first take actions to grow our faith and trust in God. Your leadership ability will then be founded on Biblical truths! The best!! #itsallintheBible Peter writes in 2 Peter 1:5-8: “In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and more excellence with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone.” This is…
