Ponder, Prayer, & Patience
Heather and I both trust God deeply. Thank goodness because over the last month we have had some major changes on our ministry journey. With all the change, we will be vision casting new ideas for Rooted in 2022 – yay! But not gonna lie, this does cause some stress for us type A’s who always have a plan!
On our new journey we do know this for sure… we both have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that we build upon daily along with going to work! This is the Rooted combo!! 
We also believe 100% that God gets all the glory – period! This ministry is not about us, only Him! He called us into this ministry to reach out to women within the workplace about faith, God has laid this burden heavy on our hearts. So we will continue our purpose for His glory.
What we are pondering…is this a season for Rooted to be still when it comes to conferences and retreats? We have no idea… but we do know we are praying hard and we TRUST He will guide us. This take patience and lots of it!! We will move when God tells us to move. (Phew- so hard for Type A’s)!
Honestly, we both only know a small part of the significance ALL this change that took place relates to God’s larger plan for this Ministry! Only God knows!!
So…while we ponder, we will continue to turn to prayer and patience. This is the most powerful duo to apply in times of change. 
We love you all so much and thank you deeply for all the support you give Rooted on social media. God is so good to allow Rooted this platform to share His Word!
