P.R.A.Y.

PRAY! Together we are on a journey of prayer. It brings the Holy Spirit in to our presence and oh how powerful that is! I recently read the book of Nehemiah and was reminded of P.R.A.Y. (Chapter 1). If you feel like you just don’t know how to pray I hope this simple guide provides a good starting point!

Praise: acknowledge Him – The creator of Heaven and Earth. Thank Him for sending his son Jesus to die for us.

Repent: we are all sinners! Repent by confessing sins. Admit that we hold no perfection.

Ask: Ask God to break down strongholds and fill you with the Holy Spirit. Ask God for specific needs. Pray in faith that God will answer!

Yield: then wait, be still. Yield to Him and His will.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God.” Philippians 4:6-7
